Programme OverviewThe Level 3 diploma in Human Resource Practice is designed to help develop understanding for students who are starting their career in Human Resource Management. This course will help employers attract enthusiastic individuals who want to develop their career in this profession. Upon completion of this course students gain membership to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).Programme Target GroupThis diploma will suit a variety of HR roles including HR Assistant, HR Administrator and Assistant HR Officer/Advisor.What will I study?Modules are a combination of mandatory and optional units. See overleaf for a breakdown of units.DurationThis programme lasts from 18 to 24 months.AttendanceStudents attend one evening per week during the first year. During year 2 students continue to attend one evening per week and may also be assessed in the workplace.LocationGen2 Carlisle, Furness and West Cumbria Centres. AssessmentAssessment is carried out through NAB assessments, work based assignments, observations and professional discussions.
