PSD Group global network London/Hong Kong/ Shanghai/Manchester/ Haywards Heath/ Munich/Frankfurt HR Business Partner Central London, 55000 - 60000 plus package &amp; bonus We are working with a leading UK business and household name who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to support their UK Shared Services and Support functions.This is a truely strategic HR role, this is a key position in a growing and challanging organisation. The person: To be considered for this role you will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is comfortable working closely with, and influencing senior leaders within the business - ideally supporting Central Functions and Shared Services. You will have experience of designing and delivering on people plans. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and degree educated. About the Role: The role will work closely with the HR Director to create and deliver a people plan to ensure that the organisation is working in the most commercial and effective manner. You will work closely with the senior business leadership team to understand their key objectives and issues and agree medium and longer term objectives to ensure the plans are met. You will subsequently work with the leadership team to ensure these plans are met. You will be responsible for leading on a number of key HR projects to ensure that added value people plans are suitable implemented.
